Please note: When you book a reservation with us in advance, this does not mean a van will be waiting for you at the curb when you arrive. Due to security considerations, airports do not allow us to have vans lined up at the curb waiting for individual travelers.
Airport Pick Up Instruction. Please call before you get your luggage once you arrive at the Airport to establish contact. Each airline has a designated shuttle pick up area. After collecting your luggage proceed outside to the right of your terminal and you will see your airline shuttle pick up zone. Our dispatcher will put you in contact with your driver and driver will meet you outside in shuttle pick up zone/area. It is your responsibility to make sure you are in a shuttle from our company.
Note: The driver cannot pull over where the airport buses pickup. If you booked a Meet & Greet Service: The driver will meet you inside baggage claim. If you cannot locate your driver, please notify the office or the dispatcher immediately to avoid the "no show" charge.

** Port Everglades Cruise Port Fort Lauderdale & Port of Miami
In addition to your scheduled pickup time, you must follow these directions:
Seaport Pick Up Instruction. Please do NOT call us UNTIL you are getting ready to disembark from ship. If you need to be picked up before 8:15am you must request an early pickup while making the reservation in advance (cannot book the day of). For the morning of departure from the ship you must call the DISPATCHER 954-934-7874 while you are still on the ship. You have already scheduled your pickup time which is in your email confirmation.
Typically you will disembark between the hours of 730am-1130am we recommends that you schedule a return flight no earlier than 1230pm. Disembark can take anywhere from 60-120 minutes from the time your called down to the gangway and check out of custom. Due to uncontrollable ship disembark circumstances shuttle pick is subject to change base on order of schedule times. The cruise ship will call you off by group numbers, once they call your number call the dispatcher and then walk to get inline.
For Groups: You must request to get off the boat at the same time so you will not have to wait on one another.
