We have a 72 hour cancelation policy, which means you will have 72 hours prior to your first pick up to cancel or make changes at no charge. Canceling within 72 hours will result in your card being charged the full amount. If you booked your reservation within 72 hours of pickup then you have a guaranteed reservation and cannot cancel or your card will be charged the full amount. Once you have given us your credit card you are confirmed.
For Groups: The number of passengers can be increased (along with a price increase), but the number of passengers may not be decreased. If at the time of service you have less than the number of passengers the reservation is for, you will still be charged for the number of passengers that we have on the confirmation.
